Greymont Village Apartments

We just moved into Greymont Village from Illinois and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Ed and Brett were extremely professional and helped us select an apartment with the best view and amenities to meet our needs. This complex is perfect for us and our dog Murphy, with a dog washing facility, dog park and extensive hiking trails along a beautiful ridgeline at the back of the complex. The apartment itself is clean and updated, with granite counters and wood flooring. I would definitely recommend it for anyone!

My wife and I began our search for an apartment in Asheville six months ago. From our first conversation with Ed to move-in day with Brett, the process couldn't have been smoother or easier. Even our first experience with a minor maintenance issue resulted in a friendly conversation with Warren who went above and beyond the call of duty. Although it's only been a couple of weeks, Greymont Village already feels like home! Here's a view from our apartment.

Unfortunately this community is not kept Up well.. inside the apartments are nice but outside/ around the apts are disgusting!! There are HUGE piles of dog feces laying around everywhere, it is never cleaned up. You cannot walk in the grass because of the dog poop, there is also dog poop on the side walks most days. The grass grows up way past your ankles before it is cut. The breeze ways are always nasty. It smells horrible around the units because of the animal feces. Unfortunately the pool is not kept up well at all! The water is always cloudy and the pool Is always nasty. ALL of the chairs are falling apart/ ripped up. And the pool water Is not clean as mentioned above, my whole family has a rash after swimming in the water for a few hours. I honestly wish my husband and I would have researched better into this complex before moving here! For the price you will pay for this place, you would think it would be in immaculate shape, also considering it is a rather new complex. Unfortunately we are Not happy living here. I would suggest to look elsewhere. One great thing is Bret, the assistant manager. He is great at his job and always try’s to make things right.

Greymont Village is an awesome place to live! Mountain views with incredible hiking and biking trails that connect to Bent Creek, Biltmore Lake, Lake Powhatan + more. The interior of the apartments are modern, shower/bath luxurious and kitchens have granite countertops with new appliances. The Sauna, Fitness Center and Pool are all very nice and there's restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, dog daycare, grocery stores and Blue Ridge Parkway nearby. West Asheville is a 10 min drive and downtown 15 mins. Friendly staff, great service and good community. I highly recommend Greymont to anyone looking for affordable yet high quality apartment living with excellent hiking and biking trails outside your doorstep!

We recently moved into the complex and Ed was our leasing consultant. Ed made the process so easy and fun for us! From the start of the tour to the end of the application process, Ed was there to answer all of our questions and concerns. We were supposed to view multiple apartment complexes the day we toured but ended up not going to our other appointments because our tour was so great! We were really impressed with the apartment floorplans, amenities and prices. On move in day Ed went above and beyond to touch up the apartment and made sure it was neat to our standard. He even left treats on the counter to welcome us home! Relocating from Massachusetts was a big and stressful task so having this process be so smooth meant so much. I whole heartedly recommend Ed and the Greymont Village apartments.
